- Abstract: Indentation should not be used in the abstract. The abstract should include the purpose, method, findings and results of the study (no subheadings should be used). It should have a maximum of 300 words and a minimum of 100 words. Minimum 3 and maximum 5 keywords should be used.
- Presentation time is limited to 10 minutes.
- Papers can be written in either Turkish or English.
- Papers are submitted online through our website. Papers submitted by email etc. will not be accepted.

Submission Evaluation
Each submission goes through a predetermined review process. This process is conducted by at least two independent referees. Our referees carry out a detailed review to determine the quality and adequacy of your abstract.
For a submission to be accepted at INCES 2025, it must score at least 100 out of 60 during the evaluation of the submission. This scoring is based on various criteria such as the content, presentation, significance, originality, and overall quality of the abstract.
