Notes

  • An author can participate with up to 3 papers.
  • Congress participation fee covers up to 2 papers, for the 3rd paper an additional fee of 1500₺ will be charged.
  • For co-authored studies, each participant attending Congress in person must pay a registration fee.
  • "CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION" will only be issued to those who pay, register and present their papers.
  • VAT is included in our prices.

  • For EFT or Money Order transactions, a refund request may be made until 29 March 2025.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after 01 April 2025.
  • After 01 April 2025, only name changes are allowed.
  • All refund requests will be processed after the Congress.
  • EFT and wire transfer withdrawals will be subject to a 10% bank commission fee.
